ORDERING

When ordering, the purchase agreement is valid for the purchase only when Olander Sjöstrand FSG AB have confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order is received by Olander Sjöstrand. If delivery is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost until the goods are sent to the customer. Olander Sjöstrand has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old.

PAYMENT

Olander Sjöstrand FSG AB does not include agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without legal consent.

  1. Credit check
    Olander Sjöstrand routinely makes a credit assessment of the customer when posted with Olander Sjöstrand invoice.

  2. Delay in payment
    If payment fails or does not take place in due time, the customer will be charged a delay fee of SEK 135. The customer will also be charged a default interest of 2.5% per month on the outstanding debt from the due date until full payment is made. Therefore, if there is a reason, the customer will be charged reminder fee, collection fees, fees to the enforcement authorities and courts in accordance with current legislation.

  3. Assignment
    Olander Sjöstrand has the right to transfer, loan or pledge the invoice order against the customer to another.

  4. Personal data
    In connection with the customer applying for credit, Olander Sjöstrand may collect and store information about an individual, including representatives of the customer. Olander Sjöstrand deals with the data in computer systems to fulfill commitments to the customer, to set up the credit, administration and invoicing / notification in connection therewith, in order to fulfill its obligations according to law and other regulations.
    Olander Sjöstrand may supplement personal data with information obtained from others, such as private and public records, and then also treat such information. The personal data may be disclosed to and processed by partners of Olander Sjöstrand both in Sweden and abroad for the fulfillment of the above stated purposes. The data may be stored and used even if the customer is not granted credit.
    Olander Sjöstrand provides upon request from the person whose personal information is processed the information that is being processed. A person whose personal data is processed also has the right to request that Olander Sjöstrand delete or correct information that is incorrect or incomplete.   5. Dispute
    Disputes arising from this credit agreement shall be settled by a public court. Swedish law shall apply to the agreement.

PRICES

We have no minimum order limit – you can choose as many products you want. All prices in the webshop are stated exclusive of VAT. Prices are updated in real time based on the list price of the supplier and thus reflect the current production cost and the raw material cost for the various products. We reserve the right to change the prices in the store when our prerequisites change, for example when our purchase price is adjusted. By ordering in our online store, you agree to the Terms of Olander Sjöstrand.

FREIGHT

Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

DELIVERIES

We hire Schenker, DHL, TNT and our transport truck. Delivery of your order takes place primarily with company packages, which are delivered directly to your company. If the goods you buy are many and / or bulky and thus too large to be sent as a company package, they will be sent on full or half pallets. The service includes only one delivery attempt. The pallet is only handed out to the receipt, which means that the pallet must be signed by someone at your company who receives it in place. It is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards.

We always deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is about 1-2 working days from the time it left our warehouse and you have received a delivery confirmation. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is normally 3-15 working days depending on how close the next delivery is planned and delivery time from the producer / supplier. Additional delays may occur if the goods are temporarily out of the suppliers. Should this happen, we will notify you of your order’s delivery status. Everything in your order is sent simultaneously. If a product in your order is an order item, everything will only be sent when the entire order is complete. We reserve the right for any final sale of single products. Warranty certificate / receipt and any insurance certificates included with the delivery. Remember to save receipts, insurance papers, etc. – for any returns or complaints.

Delivery delays

We reserve for any delays from the producer / supplier. Sometimes arise delivery delays by our suppliers beyond our control. This may occur, for example when a supplier can not meet its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay is accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you of the delivery is delayed. You as a customer the right to cancel the purchase at no cost at the delivery delay.

Transportation

Olander Sjöstrand is responsible for transportation to our customers. You and transportation company assume the risk of returning to us.

COMPLAINT

Shipping Damage

Check the goods carefully at the time of delivery. Transport damage must be reported as soon as possible to Olander Sjöstrand, however, no later than three days after receipt. If this time has been exceeded, no compensation will be paid for transport damage. Please save all packaging until the case is considered completed by Olander Sjöstrand.

Defective product

All complaints must be notified to and approved by Olander Sjöstrand before they may be returned. A complaint means that you notify Olander Sjöstrand that you do not accept the goods and that you indicate in what way you think the goods are incorrect. You must report the error ”within reasonable time” after you discover it. If you advertise within two months, it always counts as being done in the right time. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, your right to complain goes out three years after you have received the goods. The product may have a warranty that is shorter than three years, but it does not shorten the warranty period according to the law. Of course, in the case of an approved complaint, Olander Sjöstrand stands for the return cost. To be sure not to miss your rights: Always advertise as soon as possible! Repayment of approved complaint takes place within a maximum of 30 days. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish Public Advisory Board (ARN).

Refunds

Repayment is via Olander Sjöstrand FSG AB. The return is always paid to the same account used to purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.

Reservations

We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Learn more about unforeseen events during the Force Majeure below.

Right of withdrawal and purchase

Private Customers under the Distance Contracts right to 14 days. This means that the customer has the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment, regulations or governmental policies and shortages of supplies and services (a ”Force Majeure Event”).

Our performance under our contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which the obligations under our contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
