Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, to place an order on olandershipstore.com you need an account, please contact us.

How do I place my order?

  1. Use the categories links at the top of the page to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by entering keywords into the search tool bar at the top of the page.
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select the size (diameter etc), length, application and quantity then klick on the “ADD TO CART” button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping card by clicking the “SHOPPING CART” icon at the top right-hand side of the page.
  4. Once you are in your shopping cart you can edit the items from your shopping cart. If you are not quite ready, you can also have the option to save the items to next time you log in to our site.
  5. If you are happy with the items in your shopping cart, click the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions. Then click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to complete your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes to your order.

If you change your mind after you have placed your order and we have processed the order, you may return any goods to us for a full refund.

How do I know if you have received my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number. This information will also be available on your Olander & Sjöstrand’s account.

Please note that these emails is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your order has been processed.

How much do I pay for postage and packing for my order?

The cost depends on the products, country, weight, volume.

How can I track my order?

Please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve your query.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

The delivery time for your order is dependent on the delivery method chosen. Our transport truck covers the deliveries within Gothenburg 5 days a week.

I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot receive your order at this address.
Dependant on the delivery option chosen, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept delivery before the first attempt is made.

What carrier service will my parcel be delivered by?

This is dependant on the delivery country. Please contact us before placing your order to find out what carrier will be delivering your parcel.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

We can deliver to multiple addresses. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

How do I pay for my order?

In the current situation, an invoice is sent to the specified email.

What currency can I pay with?

We only accept payments in Euros and SEK. The price of the item, which is inclusive of tax, will be shown on each product page.

I have used the wrong billing address; can I change my payment method?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible.
